For a PR case study, I analyzed the “Beyond Disgusting” campaign led by Erin Carr-Jordan, a mother and activist who exposed the unsanitary conditions of fast-food play areas. Her viral videos and advocacy led to national media coverage and forced major food chains to acknowledge overlooked health risks. My analysis focused on how grassroots efforts, strategic messaging, and emotional appeal created real public pressure and policy change. This case highlighted the power of personal storytelling and social media in modern public relations.
